Our Story

​​​​Don Juan Mexican Bar & Grill is another enterprise of Manuel De La Paz, who, with hard work, established two other restaurants in Hot Springs. Along with his wife and children, he has worked endless hours preparing recipes to

make his restaurant a success.                                                                     

The restaurant offers an extensive menu of Mexican cuisine with an array of spicy creations from the family’s kitchen in Michoacán, Mexico. New dishes have been added. For the vegetable lovers, Don Manuel added a generous portion of vegetables to the already heaping selections. De La Paz believes that everyone who comes to his restaurant should leave happy.
